At Beads of Paradise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't perfectly complement your style, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the unworn items in their original jewelry pouches or packaging to ensure they remain protected during the transit process.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
